DELIVERY CONDITIONS IN LITHUANIA
• We send packages using parcel lockers: OMNIVA or LP Express. Packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days. If you want to receive your package via a parcel locker, please write to us indicating your preferred locker at info@cantika.lt or call +37061860228.
• We also send packages via Lithuanian Post registered priority mail. Packages are dispatched within 2-5 business days. If you would like to receive a tracking number for your shipment, please contact us at info@cantika.lt or call +37061860228.
• You can pick up your orders in Vilnius; please contact us at info@cantika.lt or call +37061860228.

Shipping Abroad
• To receive a shipment to another country, please contact us at info@cantika.lt for delivery times to other countries. Local VAT payment fees applicable in your country will be charged on orders. As the recipient of the order, you are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local fees applicable in your country. The shipping cost depends on the country to which the order is being sent. RETURN OF GOODS
If the purchased product is not satisfactory or suitable, you can return or exchange it for another one. Cantika follows the “Goods Return and Exchange Rules,” approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, Order No. 217.
Returned items must be unworn and placed in the original packaging in which you received the shipment.
• You can return or exchange a product purchased from the Cantika online store within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Please send us an email at info@cantika.lt to inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product for other items, or contact us by phone at +37061860228.
• The returned product must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging.
• You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item. If the received product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving the returned product, we commit to refunding your money to your account or exchanging the product within 7 working days.
