E-SHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as “Rules”), upon confirmation by the Buyer (by familiarizing themselves with the Rules and marking the checkbox next to the statement “I agree to the rules and will comply with them”), constitute a binding legal document for both parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the online store.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, modify, or supplement the Rules at any time, in accordance with the requirements established by legal acts.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer can order goods from the online store cantika.lt in two ways:
2.1.1. by registering on this website, entering their registration name and password;
2.2. When ordering goods using the methods specified in point 2.1.1 of the Rules, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data for the proper execution of the order in the relevant information fields provided by the Seller: first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer agrees that the personal data specified in point 2.2 will be processed for the purposes of selling goods and services in the online store cantika.lt, analyzing the Seller’s activities, and for direct marketing purposes. The Buyer also agrees that their personal data—first name, last name, delivery address, phone number, and email address—will be disclosed to the Seller’s partners (data processors) who provide delivery services or other services related to the proper execution of the Buyer’s order.
2.4. By agreeing to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of selling goods and services in the Seller’s online store, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages at the email address and phone number provided, which are necessary for the execution of the order.
2.5. If the Buyer does not agree with the provisions regarding Personal Data Protection specified in this section of the Rules, the Buyer loses the right to use the services provided by the online store cantika.lt.
3. Buyer’s Obligations
3.1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and accept them according to the procedure established by these Rules.
3.2. The registered Buyer is obligated not to disclose their login information to third parties. If the Buyer loses their login information, they must immediately inform the Seller via email at cantika.lt.
3.3. If the information provided in the registration form by the registered Buyer changes, they must update it without delay.
3.4. By using the online store cantika.lt, the Buyer agrees to comply with these Rules, other conditions clearly stated in the online store, and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller’s Rights
4.1. The Seller has the right to determine, at their discretion, the minimum basket size for goods, i.e., the minimum amount that must be reached for the Buyer’s order to be processed. This amount is visible when reviewing the shopping cart.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the online store’s operation or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.
4.3. In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.4. The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer’s order by informing them via email if the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days.
5. Liability
5.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by them. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences arising from this and has the right to demand compensation for any direct losses incurred from the Buyer.
5.2. The Buyer is responsible for any actions taken while using this online store.
5.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for the disclosure of their login information to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by cantika.lt by logging into the online store using the Buyer’s login information, the Seller considers this person as the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller is relieved from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller’s recommendations and their obligations, did not familiarize themselves with these Rules, even though the opportunity was provided.
5.5. If there are links on the Seller’s online store to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations, or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities there, does not maintain or control those websites, and does not represent those companies or individuals.
5.6. The Seller is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of mutual obligations by the Buyer and the Seller’s partners whose services the Buyer orders.
5.7. In the event of damage, the at-fault party compensates the other party for direct losses.
RETURNING GOODS
If the purchased product is not satisfactory or does not fit, you can return or exchange it for another. Cantika follows the “Goods Return and Exchange Rules,” approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, No. 217.
Returned products must be unused and placed in the original packaging in which you received the shipment.
• You can return or exchange a product purchased from the Cantika online store within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• Please write to us at info@cantika.lt and inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product for other items, or contact us by phone at +37061860228.
• The returned product must be unused, in its original and undamaged packaging.
• You will be responsible for the shipping of the returned product. If the received product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving the returned product, we commit to refunding your money to your account or exchanging the product for another within 7 working days.
