PALO SANTO STICK

For many years, it has been believed that the smoke from Palo Santo (or “Holy Wood”) sticks cleanses the environment, improves mood, relaxes, and reduces stress.

Light the tip of the stick, allow the flame to envelop it for 20-30 seconds, blow out the flame, and place the stick on a non-flammable surface.

On the island of Bali, the stick is used for important rituals, where it is held in hand during the ceremony.
